Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Scroller. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Using Scroller
Scroller is a mobile email client and cloud processing service for connected Gmail accounts. You are responsible for your account, your connected mail accounts, and your use of Scroller.
Email access and actions
When you connect Gmail, you authorize Scroller to access and process Gmail data needed to provide the app. You also authorize Scroller to perform mail actions that you request in the app, including marking messages read or unread, archiving, deleting, reporting spam, unsubscribing, composing, replying, and forwarding.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Scroller to violate the law, infringe rights, send spam, or harm others.
- Do not interfere with Scroller's systems, security, rate limits, or availability.
- Do not reverse engineer Scroller except where the law allows.
- Do not use Scroller with accounts you are not authorized to access.
Third-party services
Scroller depends on services such as Google APIs, hosting providers, and AI providers. Your use of Gmail remains subject to Google's terms and policies.
Beta and availability
Scroller may be offered as an early or beta service. Features may change, break, or be discontinued. We may suspend or terminate access when needed for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or service operations.
No warranties
Scroller is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that summaries, classifications, extracted images, unsubscribe detection, spam recognition, or other automated features will always be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scroller will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
